Services

Ideas on Solutions, LLC provides marketing, branding, digital, and campaign consulting services. The scope of work for each client will be defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work.

Payment Terms

  • Services are billed on a monthly basis for the duration of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • All invoices are due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date (Net 15)

  • Late payments may result in a pause of services until the account is brought current

  • The Company reserves the right to charge reasonable late fees on overdue balances

 

Scope of Work

Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a written agreement.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may:

  • Require additional fees

  • Result in revised timelines

Ongoing or repeated requests outside the original scope may result in a pause of work until scope, timeline, and fees are reviewed and approved.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials

  • Ensure accuracy of content, messaging, and information provided

  • Designate a primary point of contact for the project

Delays in client response, feedback, or required materials may impact timelines and may result in a pause of the project until communication resumes.

 

Project Pause

Ideas on Solutions, LLC reserves the right to pause work on any project due to:

  • Outstanding or overdue payments

  • Delays in client communication or required materials

  • Requests that fall outside the agreed scope

Work will resume once outstanding issues are resolved and both parties agree to proceed.

 

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, final deliverables created for the client become the client’s property

  • The Company retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed

Any third-party assets, including stock images, fonts, or platforms, remain subject to their own licensing terms.

 

Confidentiality

The Company agrees to keep client information confidential and will not disclose sensitive information without consent, except as required by law.

 

No Guarantees

While Ideas on Solutions, LLC works to achieve strong results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing performance

  • Business growth

  • Election results or campaign outcomes

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideas on Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, as defined in the project agreement.

The client is responsible for payment of:

  • All work completed up to the termination date

  • Any outstanding invoices

 

Website Use

All content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

 

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms, including website hosting, analytics, or marketing tools. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or availability of these services. Any costs associated with third-party platforms are the responsibility of the Client and are not included in consulting fees.

 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
